• Each individual may open a maximum of one account.
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

Account Security

If you notice unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. ks999 is not responsible for any losses resulting from sharing account details with a third party.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted at ks999:

Deposits are not accepted through any method other than those listed above. Payments must be made only from an account registered in your own name.

Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The amount processed and the time it takes to receive a withdrawal depend on the payment provider's processing time. In certain circumstances, withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

Proper Use of Funds

Funds deposited at ks999 may only be used for gaming purposes. Using the platform for fund transfers, money laundering, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, the account may be suspended and funds held.

Welcome Bonus

New members at ks999 are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳37,000

The bonus amount will not exceed ৳15,000 under any circumstances.

Wagering Requirement

You must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the welcome bonus. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement has not been met. If the requirement is not fulfilled within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

General Bonus Terms

• Specific terms apply to each bonus offer — please read them carefully before accepting an offer.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed once per account only.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.

VIP Tiers

The ks999 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP Tier Changes

You may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on your gaming activity and participation. Tier assessments are carried out by ks999. Cashback benefits are credited directly to your account and are withdrawable subject to applicable terms.

Fair Play Policy

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

Third-Party Content
