The questions and answers below are organized into five sections — withdrawals, live casino, slots and jackpots, security, and welcome bonus. If you cannot find the answer to your question here, contact us via our 24/7 live chat or email — we are always ready to help.
How to Withdraw Money
Yes, but you need to meet the wagering requirements set on the bonus. At ks999, the welcome bonus requires you to wager 20 times the bonus amount — not the deposited amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you need to place a total of ৳30,000 in bets. Once this requirement is met, winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn easily.
Yes, this is mandatory. Withdrawals will be sent to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account that matches the name registered on your ks999 account. Withdrawals to a mobile banking account in a different person's name will not be processed. This is in place to ensure the security of your account.
Absolutely. ks999's withdrawal system is active seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Whether it's late at night or Friday and Saturday, you can submit a request at any time. Funds typically arrive within 15 minutes to 2 hours — this timeframe does not change on bank holidays.
In most cases, a pending status is normal — it means the request is being processed. However, if more than 2 hours have passed, contact the support team via live chat. Having your transaction ID or a screenshot ready will help resolve the issue faster. You can also raise a complaint by email at [email protected].
Standard withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This applies to all three methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For your first withdrawal, account verification may be required, which can take a little longer.
Live Casino
In a live casino game, a trained dealer runs the game live from a studio. High-quality video is streamed to your screen in real time. You place your bets, the dealer deals cards or spins the roulette wheel, and the results are visible instantly. There is no RNG (Random Number Generator) — a real person runs the game at a real table.
Live table games offer multiple tables to suit players with different budgets — from low-stakes tables to high-limit tables for experienced high rollers. The exact limits are displayed directly in each table's details in the game lobby, so you know how much you need to start before you sit down.
Baccarat is a straightforward card game where you bet on one of three outcomes: "Player", "Banker", or "Tie". The dealer deals two cards to each side; the side whose points are closest to 9 wins. For beginners, the advice is to start with small bets and practice betting on the Banker — this can be slightly more favorable statistically.
Yes. Teen Patti and Andar Bahar are available in the live casino section of ks999. Teen Patti is a South Asian card game played with three cards, while Andar Bahar is a fast-paced game where you guess whether a card will land on the "Andar" or "Bahar" side. Both games are popular among Bangladeshi players.
ks999's live casino is fully optimized for mobile browsers. You can play directly from a browser on any Android or iOS smartphone — no need to download a separate app. For the best experience, use a Wi-Fi or 4G connection, as live streaming requires a stable internet connection.
Slots & Jackpots
Volatility, or variance, refers to the relationship between how often and how much you win in a slot game. High volatility games pay out less frequently, but there is a chance of winning a larger amount when you do. Low volatility games pay out smaller wins more often. Low-to-mid volatility games are better suited for new or low-budget players, as your balance tends to last longer.
In progressive jackpot games, a small portion of every bet placed is added to a central pool. The more players participate, the larger the pool grows. When someone wins the jackpot, the pool resets to zero and starts building again. These games have a lower chance of winning, but the reward can be substantial if you do.
For low-budget play, choose slots with a small minimum bet and low-to-mid volatility. These games keep your balance going longer. Large jackpot games are typically high volatility, so your entire budget can run out quickly chasing a big win. Use the filters in the game lobby to narrow down your options.
RTP, or Return to Player, is a theoretical percentage — it indicates how much money may be returned on average for every ৳100 wagered over the long term. It is not a guarantee, but rather an average across millions of spins. A higher RTP generally means a lower house edge — though results in a single session can vary.
Winnings from free spins generally cannot be withdrawn directly. The amount won is first added to your bonus balance, and specific wagering requirements must be met. Free spin terms can vary from one bonus to another, so read the details carefully before claiming each offer, or ask support.
Security & Privacy
ks999 uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect every data transfer. This means your personal information, password, and financial data are sent and stored in encrypted form. Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties.
Never. No ks999 staff member or support agent will ever ask for your OTP, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or Rocket PIN. If someone asks for this over the phone or in a chat and claims to be a ks999 representative, it is a scam. Disconnect immediately and report it to our support.
If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately. Then contact ks999's 24/7 live chat or [email protected] with the full details. The support team will review your account activity and, if needed, temporarily lock it to ensure security. Unusual logins can be identified by checking your account activity log.
Always make sure you are on ks999.mom — check that the browser's address bar shows HTTPS and the correct domain. Fake sites are often created under names like "ks999-bet", "ks999app", or similar variations. Do not log in from social media or unfamiliar links. Save the official site in your bookmarks.
Welcome Bonus
At ks999, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of your deposit plus bonus. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 150% bonus, you get ৳1,500. A 20x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets — once that is met, you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.
Every bonus has an expiry period, which is stated in the offer details. If the wagering requirement is not met within that time, the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited. Read the expiry terms and conditions carefully before claiming a bonus, and if you have any questions, ask via live chat.
Yes, a bonus can generally be cancelled before you start wagering. However, any winnings already earned from the bonus will also be cancelled. If you want to cancel a bonus, contact the support team — they will help complete the process.
Most slot games count at the full 100% rate toward wagering. Some table games or live casino games may count at a partial rate, and certain specific games may be excluded entirely. Check the detailed terms of the bonus or ask via live chat for the specific list.
ks999's welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive the full bonus, you need to deposit at least ৳10,000 (150% × ৳10,000 = ৳15,000). For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 still gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total balance of ৳37,000.
